The article is dead on accurate. See the part about there being only 10 instances of voter impersonation since 2000? Then there's the fact that nationwide, 7% of African Americans cannot vote because of felony convictions - but that's an average. In Kentucky, Virginia and Florida over 20% of African Americans are disenfranchised. Of course, leave us not forget Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Mike Turzai (R) who said that the voter ID law passed by the legislature would help deliver the state for Mitt Romney. “Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done,” Turzai said at a Republican State Committee meeting. In Kansas they passed restrictive laws without being able to cite one instance of such impersonation. In Kentucky, the Republican who ran against Alison Grimes ran on passing such laws, but when I questioned him on Kentucky Tonight he could not name one instance of such impersonation. Are you also shocked there's gambling in Casablanca?
