In what some are calling another example of how during the Obama administration free speech is being punished, the leaders of TEA Party Patriots complains that their application for a rally in Washington is being squelched by a nosey capital police force which is delaying their permit with a weird twist.
Apparently the police want to see any websites or twitter accounts associated with the group after having delayed what is usually a five day permitting process for over two weeks with constant requests for additional information. The leader of the group has published the timeline of the process and it seems he has complied to the letter with all requirements.
Apparently the Obama police are afraid of people who advocate for liberty or perhaps openly criticize his policies and agenda.
Sound familiar?
