Kudos To AP Photojournalist James Crisp

Appearing on the website of Kentucky.com is a photo of Rand Paul testifying before the Kentucky Senate agricultural committee. The photojournalist who captured this pic, James Crisp of the Associated Press, obviously has a wonderful sense of timing. Rand was testifying about hemp. Even a photoshop rookie can see the humor potential in the way Rand is holding his hand and mouth in this shot.
