This is the most accurate description of election day that I have read ! I also believe the power of Superpac money takes out all local party power. This is very scary.Good insight Marcus !!

I have to laugh at the ill informed comment from Angela TC .. we do trade with Cuba, we just don't extend any credit to them. They have to pay in full and it's exports which is still consider as trade. To-date is has been 164.7 million dollars.

As for not taking to Iran, we do , we've been telling them to leave Israel alone and don't proliferate a nuclear program so has much of the rest of the world, It is Iran that don't want to talk to us.

None of this guarantees success. Several officials played down the prospect of a major breakthrough from the meeting on Wednesday, which will include Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China, in addition to the United States. Mr. Netanyahu on Friday repeated his skepticism that there would be any progress.

But American officials said that at a minimum, the Baghdad meeting should be a genuine test of Iran’s willingness to do more than talk.

“They’re nervous enough to talk,” said a senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity because of the delicacy of the negotiations. “Whether they’re nervous enough to act, we don’t know yet.” Another senior official said, “We have a tail wind going into this.”

Hello Mr. Carey,

I believe you ran a very strong camapign. I was very disappointed with the numbers and outcome. I hope to see you run again some day. You will have my support. You was definetly the pitt bull in this election. You made Massie answer questions he had no answers for. I enjoy watching you make him squirm. It is to bad that the people only listen to quick ads and not the substance of you and Mr. Wurtz.

THe Republicans are isolationsists. Don't talk to Iran, don't trade with Cuba...the list goes on and on.
