Another talk radio host is proposing that Americans with loaded rifles assemble on the Virginia side of the Potomac River on July 4th and march into Washington DC where guns are in essence prohibited. It was a bad idea when a local guy came up with it and a really bad idea that Adam Kokesh is doing it again.
I get the whole concept of liberty, free speech, the right to assemble and to petition the government for redress, but marching toward the Capitol with loaded guns is a really stupid idea.
Kokesh is apparently an anti-war smear merchant according to Michelle Malkin, who at one time had the support of Ron Paul and the liberty movement.
And I will be the first to tell you, among many of the TEA party people out there, the level of frustration and dislike for the government that seethes in their conversations will make some of them think this is a good idea.
It's not. It's a really, really bad idea and it could have a very disastrous and perhaps unintended ending.
