I am not for assassinating Americans - but would not take the use of any tool off the table to stop someone who I believe presents an imminent danger of harm or death to me or to Americans. Perhaps some form of that statement is an answer Holder could have used. Are you against the Castle Doctrine, too? [Marc's reply: I am FOR the Castle Doctrine, I am FOR pre-emptive strikes against foreign enemies that threaten immediate harm to us or our allies, and I oppose the unilateral power of the executive branch to sentence citizens of the USA to death without due process without a very clear and precise definition of "imminence" that takes whimsy and feelings out of the equation.]
