Kentucky State Police Commissioner Rodney Brewer says though he supports the Second Amendment, he thinks there should be limits, including things such as the so-called "universal background check", restricting access to certain guns and government regulating the number of bullets a gun can hold.
And if that isn't enough to make you get up and get mad, well then hold onto your hat. He openly favors a nationwide gun registry!
