Is Mitt Romney Headed For Jail?

When Ted Nugent said that if Obama is re-elected he will either be dead or in prison the secret service apparently hopped out of their hooker beds and began an investigation.

Ted Nugent has an appointment with the Secret Service on Thursday after he was called in to explain his comments about President Obama at a National Rifle Association Conference in St. Louis last week. [Washington Post]

Which makes me wonder, what should the Romney camp should expect after this?
