Will Rogers once said that people have come to feel the same way about those times when Congress convenes as they do when the baby gets hold of a hammer.
This week the Kentucky legislature will convene in Frankfort. Our lives, our liberty and our property are rarely in more danger than when those possessing the power to dramatically affect these most precious things gather together intent upon exercising their government muscles.
Be sure to watch carefully and keep a tight grip on the reins.
