Bumbling Confusion Besets White House

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs spoke today about why we cannot continue to "under resource" the war on terror.

Oh, but wait a minute, didn't Barack Obama say the "War on Terror" was over?

Bumbling? Confusion? Both?
