Obama has appointed one person after another and called them "Czar". Now he is set to appoint a "pay Czar".
Considering his penchant for appointing "Czars", his attempts to cozy up to the Iranians and the messianic complex from which he noticeably suffers, one has to wonder, is he trying to become "Zarathustra"?
