Once again folks it's time for "Highlights from Homer":

A woman reported being observed through her computer on Feb. 26

A woman reported Feb. 24 that her boots were stolen

Troopers found that a 19-year-old driver had been driving southbound when he encountered a moose, with his vehicle

A school official at 3:25 p.m. made an after-the-fact report that a high school student drank alcohol. Police took no action

A caller at 1:47 p.m. reported an expected death

A woman at 7:31 a.m. reported a man on the roof of her garage

A woman at 4:25 p.m. brought in a blue duffel bag she found in the road.
