A caller at noon reported someone drove over an outhouse on Beluga Lake.

A man at 10:48 a.m. reported people photographing eagles on the Spit

A 43-year-old man at 3:52 a.m. came to the police station and turned himself in

A caller at 8:27 a.m. reported a Homer Spit business had a door wide open.

A woman at 5:13 p.m. reported a man walking without shoes in cold weather
