One thing is for sure, Barack Obama has stimulated the Rush Limbaugh audience and elevated his station in life like no other president. With all of the calls coming from the White House for Limbaugh to shut up, Limbaugh, in typical fashion, just gets more attention.
Take for example Limbaugh's opinion piece published today in the Wall Street Journal. Limbaugh rolls out his own compromise proposal on the Stimulus Bill and with his tongue firmly planted in his cheek, states that Obama should heed this advice since Limbaugh, according to Obama, is now the leader of the republicans.
Despite the entertainment value of the article, it is still a good read. It repeats for many what has become very clear about Obama's plan: the stimulus bill is nothing more than pork.

Frankly I'm not sure if anything will save us though I tend to think that what ever the government does spending wise will only prolong the recession and probably deep depression.
Check out this editorial. I think it's right on the money: TURNING JAPANESE - THE AUDACITY OF REALITY.
I think the best thing for us Americans to do is save and pay down debt. Invest in gold and silver. Hard gold and silver. not ETF's. Right now I see that Gold and Silver are trading at $895.50 and $12.09 but getting them at that price will be impossible.
The other thing I intend to do is grow a garden. If things don't get bad. Great. But if they do, I want to be prepared as best I can.

The simple solution for all is arrest, charge and try Limberger for sedition, tyranny, oral sabotage and acts traitorous to the Republic.
If convicted, there's nothing left about which you may complain. If acquitted, there's nothing left about which the administration (and their fellows) may complain.
First Amendment is intact and all can still talk, but certain complaints have no basis in fact.
