Off your meds again I see Bim.

Mr. Carey,

You used to be one of my neighbors in Owen County. I knew you as a charlaatan then as well as now. You don't practice law; you mangle it. The Commonwealth is a better place for your absence from the bench.

That said and the air cleared ... The two theories are Plate Tectonics and Evolution. Those of you out there in Cloud Coocooland that are practising pseudo-science call them theories. Creation, Creationism & Itelligent Design are fairy tales. No more & no less. Evolution and Tectonics are the real and documentable history of life & rock. All you will ever have is a fairy tale that doesn't meet the standards of the Brothers Grimm.

Evolution is not debateable here; you don't meet the minimum requirements to engage in a discussion. But I am calling you a liar for calling Creation(ism) a truth.

If you wish to attribute words to a source - name your source. Since you haven't and have alluded to a source, you have also deprived yourself of documentation. I can bring documentation to the discussion till your misnformative and disinformative rhetoric die a lonely and disconsolate death. The difficulty I face is your enduring ignorance and determination to belittle those who disagree with you. The only strength you bring to a discussion is screaming so loudly that the others at the venue can't be heard over the screed

Finally ... the Bible is for those of faith as is the Torah or the Koran. As such truth doesn't attach to the Bible, but to the standards it seeks to inculcate in cultures that seek its insight. Since you have no cutural insight you miss the great truths of the Torah and Bible.

Bim Is not dim; but knows choice is the foundation of Democracy. You sir have allied and alligned yourself with ignorance and a bleak outlook that refutes choice and celebrates your narcisistic ignorance.

BimBeau is auditioning applicants for BimBelle. All applications receive a thorough review and Equal Opportunity standards will be applied to all.

Bim ...

Bim Beau:

Not sure which of the various theories you were talking about when you said "They both got their start...at the same time."

Surely you don't mean Creationism and the theory of evolution?

The story of creation got its start "In The Beginning"

The theory of evolution was started in 1859 by a man whose theory is to this day compeltely unprovable and served as a major motivation for the Nazi race policies.

Now in so far as you you say you are not prepared to call the creation story a lie unless "one teaches that either is the truth", I guess that time has come.

One did teach the Bible as the truth. And don't get in too big of a rush to call him a liar. A crowd of people have already beaten you to the punch on that one. As a matter of fact they beat Him too, and then hung Him on a cross to die.

The "TRUTH" is that after taking their best shot, he got up and has kept on fighting ever since.

As for evolution, it was originally a theory and it's characterization has never changed; although, it's applicability and comprehension has. Same is said for Tectonic Theory. These two concepts describe, not explain, natural - not humanistic changes in the the Earth and it's surface.
Creation Theory is man-made and it's a story. Told by mystics, never changes and is as scientifically supportable as alchemy. Come to think of it, they both got their start in the same way, at the same time and by the same organization.
I for one won't go so far as to say they're lies - unless one teaches that either is the truth.

The THEORY of evolution is a naturalistic THEORY of the history of life on earth (this refers to the THEORY of evolution which employs methodological naturalism and is taught in schools and universities). Merriam-Webster's dictionary gives the following definition of evolution: "a THEORY that the various types of animals and plants have their origin in other preexisting types and that the distinguishable differences are due to modifications in successive generations."

-I guess evolution is a THEORY after all. What else are you wrong about BimBeau?

To all Chickenhawks -
Well as usual ... you have to turn truth into fear with a falsehood.
Attendez:
1. O'Bama expressed an unqualified but respectful disagreement with 'concealed carry', not the entire or any part of the Second Amendment.
2.. Your fear is so palpable that I can smell it down here in Hollywood, while watching ExxonEddie's house to see who leaves cheques on the doorstep.

Finally, a love letter for you ...

Dear Red States:

We've decided we're leaving. We intend to form our own country and we're taking the other Blue States with us. In case you aren't aware, that includes California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and all the Northeast. We believe this split will be beneficial to the nation, and especially to the people of the new country of New California.

To sum up briefly: You get Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and all the slave states.

We get stem cell research, the best beaches and the Statue of Liberty. You get Dollywood.

We get Apple, Intel and Microsoft; you get WorldCom.

We get Harvard & Brown. You get Ole' Miss & UK.

We get 85 percent of America 's venture capital and entrepreneurs. You get Alabama.

We get two-thirds of the tax revenue, you get to make the red states pay their fair share.

Since our aggregate divorce rate is 22 percent lower than the Christian Coalition's, we get a bunch of happy families. You get a bunch of single moms.

Please be aware that Nuevo California will be pro-choice and anti-war, and we're going to want all our citizens back from Iraq at once. If you need people to fight, ask your evangelicals. They have kids they're apparently willing to send to their deaths for no purpose, and they don't care if you don't show pictures of their children's caskets coming home. We do wish you success in Iraq, and hope that the WMDs turn up, but we're not willing to spend our resources in Bush's Quagmire.

With the Blue States in hand, we will have firm control of 80 percent of the country's fresh water, more than 90 percent of the pineapple and lettuce, 92 percent of the nation's fresh fruit, 95 percent of America 's quality wines (you can serve French wines at state dinners), 90 percent of all cheese, 90 percent of the high tech industry, most of the U.S. low-sulfur coal, all living redwoods, sequoias and condors, all the Ivy and Seven Sister schools plus Stanford, Cal Tech and MIT.

With the Red States, on the other hand, you will have to cope with 88 percent of all obese Americans (and their projected health care costs), 92 percent of all U.S. mosquitoes, nearly 100 percent of the tornadoes, 90 percent of the hurricanes, 99 percent of all Southern Baptists, virtually 100 percent of all televangelists, Rush Limbaugh, Bob Jones University, Clemson and the University of Georgia .

We get Hollywood and Yosemite , thank you.

Additionally, 38 percent of those in the Red states believe Jonah was actually swallowed by a whale, 44 percent say that evolution is only a theory, 53 percent that Saddam was involved in 9/11 and 61 percent of you crazy bastards believe you are people with higher morals then we lefties.

Peace ... out,

Blue States
